Delivery and Charges
We strive to complete and ship
all orders as quickly as quality will allow. Orders can be completed and
shipped within 5 - 7 days, depending on the shipping destination. Our shipping
and handling is a flat rate of $4.95, but waived when a total order of three
(3) or more pairs, in any combination, are ordered in a single transaction.
Orders are charged in full when your order is placed.
We ship orders via US Postal
Service. Upon request, we will ship via UPS for an additional charge. Please
contact us for special needs or questions.
*Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and may
take additional time for delivery.
International
Shipping
We will ship to any
international destination. International shipping fees will be applied to all
packages with a shipping destination outside of the United States. We will contact you
after your order is placed and we have determined the total shipping cost. Most
international orders will usually arrive within our estimated delivery time,
but may take additional time for delivery, based on destination. We cannot
be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an
international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs
charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery.
We are simply unable to estimate your country's customs charges. When ordering
from outside of the US,
please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
Return/Exchange
Policy
Sorry, NO REFUNDS. Happy Feet will gladly replace any
insole found to be defective during normal use for a period of 6 months from
the date of purchase.
Refused, Unclaimed
Orders, Non-Deliverable Orders If an order is refused, returned or unclaimed by the
customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or the customer
providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt to contact the
customer via phone and/or email, if provided. If no response is received, the
customer will be charged with a 25% restocking fee, the appropriate shipping
charges and reshipping charges if applicable. Please make sure that the
shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be
available to sign for and receive your package. Happy Feet, Inc. cannot and
will not be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a
signature. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer,
whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will
require an additional re-shipping charge.

of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery
date.
